Goodwin Events is owned by Lake Oconee residents Drew and Margie Sorrell. After 3 years abroad living on a sailboat, they returned to Greensboro GA, Margie’s birthplace, to help open Goodwin Manor, a southern-style Bed and Breakfast. They started Goodwin Events with the belief that an event rental company could provide more than just equipment. With a focus on design consultation and exemplary customer service, Drew and Margie give their clients piece of mind. They recognize their company’s responsibility with every event and take a personal role in working with clients. Drew handles sales, marketing, and operations. Margie attends to the company’s business relationships, human resources and accounting.
